What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address, the items you ordered, and the pet name and instructions you give us.
- The photograph you upload, and the artwork we make from it.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive only the result of the payment and the last four digits of the card; we never receive or store the full card number.
- Messages you send us by email or through the contact form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site working and secure.
Why we use it
- To make, proof, produce and deliver your order, and to support it afterwards.
- To take payment and to prevent fraud.
- To answer your messages.
- To send you the emails you asked for. Marketing email is sent only if you subscribe, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make an order possible, and only with what they need:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our print partners — your artwork, shipping address and order details, to print and dispatch your item.
- Resend — sending order and service emails.
- Cloudflare — serving and protecting the site.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules in the State of New Jersey, United States require.
- Your photograph and finished artwork: kept so you can reorder or ask for a reprint. Ask us and we delete them.
- Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, and under the CCPA in California — you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, move it elsewhere, or stop using it in a particular way. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Cookies
We use the cookies the site needs to work — your cart, your language, your session. Any analytics cookie is optional and asks first.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date below and, for anything material, tell subscribers by email.
