You see the painted portrait before anything is printed, with two refinement rounds included.

Your first digital proof arrives in 2–3 business days. Production and tracked delivery begin after approval.
Yes. Choose one, two or three pets; each additional pet adds $20.
Use a clear, well-lit photo with visible eyes and uncropped ears. A normal phone photo is usually enough.
Two complimentary revision rounds are included before you approve the artwork.
Because every piece is custom, change-of-mind returns are not available. Production or transit issues are covered by our happiness guarantee.
